Bleu Ciel is a 158-unit luxury condominium project, slated to break ground in the 4th quarter of 2014 in uptown Dallas, Texas. Coined as “International by Design,” Bleu Ciel is the result of combined efforts from the French star-chitect Jon Michel Wilmotte, and the Harwood International internal design group. In that capacity, I was responsible for the interior design of the 4,000 square foot Bleu Ciel Sales Center, as well as for the interior design of the tower.
I developed and pitched a design concept for the residential interiors of the towers, selected three finish schemes, specified equipment packages for various unit types, negotiated pricing with vendors, and coordinated with the architecture team regarding the construction documentation of the project. In addition, I provided conceptualdesign direction for all common areas of the tower including the lobby, wine room, pool deck, fitness center, and social rooms.
Other project highlights include participating in the development of related branding, providing marketing plans, authoring of detailed sales tools, as well as web and print marketing collateral copy.
